DEADLINES
Application period for graduate programs is announced in the Academic calendar. The deadlines for applications are usually mid-August and mid-January every year. Please check the Registrar’s or the Institute’s web site for current announcements and deadlines.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Applicants to MA programs with a thesis must have a minimum score of 55 in ALES (149 GRE, 450 GMAT).
2. Applicants to all MA programs must have a certain degree of command of English language. Following exam scores are accepted:

(*) By the circular of the Turkish Higher Education Council, dated 7/6/2016, exam scores will remain valid for 5 years.
3. Applicants who do not have any documents regarding the aforementioned exams can take the English language proficiency examination given by the Başkent University Foreign Languages School.
4. For foreign students: B level command of Turkish language in Turkish Proficiency exams given by TÖMER or BÜDAM.
Documents required for application
1. Application form (to be filled online).
2. The original and a copy of the document showing the ALES, GRE or GMAT score.
3. The original and a copy of the document showing English Proficiency Exam score.
4. The original and a copy of the Undergraduate diploma.
5. The original of the Undergraduate transcript.
6. Proof of accreditation obtained from The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) for the applicants graduated from programs abroad.
7. 2 letters of recommendation, delivered to the Institute in an enclosed envelop or sent via e-mail (abu@baskent.edu.tr).
8. Applicant's CV.
9. Applicant's letter of intention.
10. Receipt of the payment of the application fee of the 400 TL (payable to Denizbank; TR65 0013 4000 0007 9691 0000 13).

FEES
150 USD per credit for regular (3-credit) courses, 450 USD for MA Seminar, 750 USD for MA Thesis; 600 USD for Term Project. All fees include the VAT and must be paid for each registration.
